刪除帳號 / Delete Account

你可以在 App 內前往「設定 → 雲端同步 → 刪除帳戶」，刪除雲端帳戶及相關伺服器資料。若無法開啟 App，請使用帳號刪除申請表。

刪除範圍包含雲端帳戶、加密夢境與月報備份、同步憑證及相關服務端帳戶資料。為驗證申請，我們可能要求你提供登入方式與帳戶 Email。無活動且沒有夢境更新的雲端帳戶可能在 180 天後自動刪除。

重要：刪除 DreamScript 帳戶不會取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 訂閱；請另至原商店取消。商店與 RevenueCat 依法或為處理交易所保留的購買紀錄不屬於 DreamScript 可直接刪除的資料。

In the app, go to Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete Account to delete your cloud account and associated server data. If you cannot access the app, submit the account deletion request form.

Deletion covers the cloud account, encrypted dream and monthly-report backups, sync credentials, and related server account data. We may ask for the sign-in method and account email to verify the request. Inactive cloud accounts with no dream updates may be automatically deleted after 180 days.

Important: Deleting a DreamScript account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately with the store. Transaction records retained by the store or RevenueCat for legal or payment-processing purposes are outside DreamScript's direct control.

App の「設定 → Cloud Sync → アカウントを削除」からクラウドアカウントと関連サーバーデータを削除できます。App を利用できない場合は、削除申請フォームをご利用ください。

削除にはクラウドアカウント、暗号化された夢・月次レポートのバックアップ、同期認証情報が含まれます。Apple App Store／Google Play のサブスクリプションは別途ストアで解約してください。
